Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and timely execution of design projects.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, incorporating them into design iterations.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and professional development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality of design work.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of design within the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience 4 years as a Designer or Senior Designer in a software development environment.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including user interfaces, visual designs, and user experience solutions.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar applications.
• Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies to validate design concepts and interactions.
• Solid knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, presenting and articulating design concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
• 2 years experience with international projects
• 4 years experience in UX / UI experience.
• Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, and Sketch
• After Effects, and Adobe Premier fluency is a plus
• Cooperative and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize daily workload and manage time
