Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and timely execution of design projects.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, incorporating them into design iterations.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and professional development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality of design work.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of design within the organization.

Requirements:

Proven experience 4 years as a Designer or Senior Designer in a software development environment.
Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including user interfaces, visual designs, and user experience solutions.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar applications.
Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies to validate design concepts and interactions.
Solid knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, presenting and articulating design concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
2 years experience with international projects
4 years experience in UX / UI experience.
Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, and Sketch
After Effects, and Adobe Premier fluency is a plus
Cooperative and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize daily workload and manage time
