
Human Resource Executive
As an HR Executive at Pixarsart, you will play a vital role in supporting and executing various human resources initiatives and programs. You will collaborate closely with the HR team and management to ensure effective recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensured accurate and up-to-date employee data in Google Drive and HR systems.
- Maintaining employee ID cards and coordinating with the accounts department.
- Support employee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Assist in implementing and promoting employee engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition programs and team-building activities.
- Maintaining attendance and leaving data on record.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR, suggesting improvements and innovative approaches to enhance HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience ( 5 years) as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
